Emma Place

Emma Place runs from Stonehouse Street, directly opposite the site of the old Stonehouse Town Hall, to the junction with Durnford Street.

emma_place3.jpg (183520 bytes) Looking west down Emma Place towards Durnford Street. Only the houses on the southern (lefthand) side of the road remain.
emma_place1.jpg (180838 bytes) Looking east up Emma Place.
emma_place2.jpg (187101 bytes) Also looking east up Emma Place. No. 14 was probably on the lefthand side near the pedestrian. At the far end of the street you can see the gap where Stonehouse Town Hall was built. In the far distance is Plymouth Civic Centre.
